Cold Email
Start in test mode. Add your own addresses under Settings → Test recipients, then turn on test mode on a campaign: it will only ever send to those addresses, so you can see every email and try replying before a real lead hears from you.
- Inboxes — sign in with Google or Microsoft to send from that mailbox (replies are read automatically), or add any other mailbox with its SMTP and IMAP settings, or your own SendGrid key. Press Check DNS and fix anything red.
- Campaign — import leads from a CSV (any columns become
{{placeholders}}), write the steps, and use Preview as to see exactly what one lead receives. Add versions B, C… to test wording. - Inbox — every reply lands here, already sorted: interested, meeting request, question, not interested, do not contact, out of office. Answer from here; it goes from the same mailbox, in the same thread.
Every "no" is honored automatically. An unsubscribe click, a reply saying no or asking to be removed, or a spam report blocks that address from all your campaigns. Addresses that bounce or report spam are also kept off every sender on the platform.
If a campaign's bounces or spam reports spike, it pauses itself and emails you why. Fix the list, then resume it.
Writing help. Fill in Settings → Company profile once. Then Write this sequence with AI on a campaign drafts the steps (with B versions to test), and Draft a reply with AI in a conversation puts a suggested answer in the reply box for you to edit. Each costs 1 token; nothing is ever sent without you.
Meetings. Add your booking link to the profile and use {{booking_link}} in emails. Paste the webhook address from Settings → Meeting bookings into Calendly or Cal.com, and people who book are marked "Meeting booked" and stop getting emails.
Clients. Client reports creates a private link showing a client the results (and, if you choose, the replies) of the campaigns you pick — nothing else in your account.
Deliverability. Each inbox is checked daily against the main domain blocklists and paused if it's listed. Run a placement test sends your real email to test mailboxes at Gmail, Yahoo and others and shows whether it reached the inbox, Promotions or spam. Group inboxes under Inboxes → Inbox groups and pick the group on a campaign.
