Organizations & switching

Your account is organized into one or more organizations. Tokens, sites, and chatbots belong to an organization.

If you're in more than one, switch with the organization button at the top of the page (on a phone, open the menu first). Whichever one is selected is where everything you do applies, in every product.

To rename, create or delete an organization, go to Organization in your account.
