Sending surveys: one person, a list, a QR code, or automatically
- One person — Send surveys → One person. Enter an email (or a mobile number, if texting is on for your account).
- A list — export today's appointments from your scheduling system as a CSV and upload it on the same page. Column names don't have to match exactly; rows that can't be used are listed with the reason.
- At the front desk — QR code & link. Print the code or put the link on a receipt or your website.
- Automatically — Settings → Connect your systems. Your booking or records system (or Zapier) sends each visit, and a survey is scheduled for it.
Surveys go out a set time after the visit and only during your sending hours, with one reminder if there's no answer. Nobody is surveyed more than once in your chosen window, and anyone who asked not to receive surveys never gets one again. You can change all of this in Settings.
Each survey costs a token when it's actually sent. If your balance runs out, surveys wait and go out on their own after you top up.
