Reputation

Reputation: set up in five minutes

Reputation sends a short satisfaction survey after each visit: one question on a 0–10 (or 1–5) scale, answered with a single tap from the email, plus an optional comment. Unhappy answers reach you the same day so you can follow up.

The first time you open Reputation it creates a survey for you. The Overview page shows a short checklist:

  1. Make the survey look like your practice — Surveys → Edit design. Pick a look, add your logo and colors, and change any wording. The preview on the right is exactly what people see.
  2. Set the name patients see — Settings.
  3. Add your review links — Settings → Locations & review links. Add your Google link first.
  4. Send your first survey — Send surveys.

For medical, dental and therapy practices, leave Healthcare privacy mode on (Settings): emails then never mention the provider, the visit, or anything the patient wrote.
